How do I book a Virtual Clinic consultation?

Choose “Book a Service”, select Virtual Clinic, pick a service and professional, choose a date and time, then pay securely. You'll get a confirmation by email and SMS, and the “Join consultation” button appears in your dashboard shortly before your appointment.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. From your dashboard you can reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment. Closer to the time, please contact us and we'll help.

Is SETHRIDA SMARTCARE for emergencies?

No. If you or someone else has a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

What file formats can I upload for analysis?

Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, SPSS (.sav), Stata (.dta), R (.rds, .RData), JSON and text files, up to 25 MB each. For larger datasets, contact us for a secure transfer.

Why is my home-care request “awaiting confirmation”?

Every home-care request is reviewed by our care team so we can send the right professional and confirm the price. We'll contact you, usually within one working day, and you'll pay once the visit is confirmed.
